Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping Only

We offer nationwide shipping within New Zealand. Please note that we do not ship to international destinations, and we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes).

2. Standard Shipping (Orders Under 50kg)

• Calculated Rates: Freight charges for orders with a total weight under 50kg are determined dynamically. Costs vary depending on the physical dimensions, total weight of the items, and the delivery destination postcode.
• Final Breakdown: The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you submit your payment details.

3. Bulk Delivery (Orders Over 50kg)

Due to the logistical requirements of heavy goods, all orders exceeding a total weight of 50kg are classified as Bulk Deliveries and cannot be processed through our standard online checkout.

• Custom Freight Quoting: Customers must contact us directly to arrange a bulk shipping quote.
• Contractor Assessment: Delivery is subject to the approval of our bulk shipping contractors. The delivery address must be accessible by heavy freight vehicles. If the order size and delivery address meet our contractors' minimums and operational requirements, a custom shipping quote will be generated.
• Invoicing and Payment: Once approved, we will issue a manual invoice encompassing the products and the custom freight charge. This invoice must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
• Delivery Timeframes: Shipping timeframes for bulk deliveries vary depending on seasonal demand, contractor availability, and regional access. Delivery schedules will be discussed and mutually agreed upon after you contact us.

4. Click & Collect (In-Store Pick-Up)

Immediate in-store pick-up from our retail location is available free of charge.

5. Free Local Delivery

We offer a free local delivery service for customers within specified geographic boundaries that meet our minimum criteria (calculated in the checkout section of our website).
