How to feed:
- Boiling linseeds may destroy some vitamins and fatty acids.
- We recommend grinding down to break the outer husk and assist digestion
- Blend into the feed as part of a balanced diet

- 150g of seeds well ground should supply approximately 40ml of oil.
- For horses poor or restricted pasture or with inflammatory conditions, it is suggested to supplement at 120-170g/day for an average-sized horse.
- For coat and skin health, just 50g daily may help.
